 No — we typically require a deposit first, and your final payment is due 60 days before travel. Bookings made within 60 days must be paid in full immediately.

 We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe and PayPal (separate invoicing). Bank transfer or installment plans may be available for select bookings. 

 We offer both free and premium consultations. Free sessions are ideal for general questions (like Umrah or group trips), while paid tiers come with personalized itinerary planning — and a portion of the fee is credited toward your booking if you reserve within 7 days. 

 Packages may include accommodations, flights, airport transfers, excursions, dining experiences, and spiritual or cultural tours — all curated to your needs. We’ll outline exactly what’s included before you confirm. 

 Yes. We work with flight consolidators for better rates and can assist with visa support for Umrah or international travel when needed. 

 Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds on remaining payments depend on the timing and supplier terms. Full payment is non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of travel. See our Terms & Conditions for details. 

 If a supplier cancels, we will help secure an alternative or request a refund where possible. Mizienne Travel is not responsible for disruptions caused by third parties, force majeure, or weather.

 Yes — all our packages are designed to include halal-certified or no-alcohol dining options. For destinations without certification, we request special accommodations or provide guidance. 

 Absolutely. We make sure prayer times are respected, and can arrange access to masajid, private spaces, or coordinate tours around Jumu'ah and Salah times.
